1. About This Service

moduda is a cultural awareness tool designed to help individuals and teams communicate respectfully across cultures and religions. It provides a team-aware cultural calendar, AI-generated message drafts, and etiquette guidance for cultural events.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must be at least 14 years of age to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including the cultural and religious data of your contacts.
You are allowed to create only one account per email address.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

moduda offers both a Free plan and a Premium (Pro) subscription:

Free Plan: Includes basic calendar features and up to 5 AI-generated messages per month.
Pro Plan: Billed at $4.99 per month, offering unlimited AI messages and advanced features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Following cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

While using moduda, you agree not to:

Generate content that is discriminatory, offensive, illegal, or harmful toward any cultural, religious, or ethnic group.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or overload the service's infrastructure or AI pipelines.
Resell or redistribute the service without explicit permission.

5. AI-Generated Content & Limitations

AI-generated messages and cultural guidance are provided as a starting point only.

You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before sending or acting on it. moduda makes no guarantee that AI-generated messages or etiquette guides are culturally accurate, appropriate, or free from error. Cultural and religious practices vary significantly between individuals, communities, and regions — AI output should never be treated as authoritative and is not a substitute for genuine cultural research.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, logos, and software code provided by moduda are the intellectual property of moduda. The data you input (such as contact profiles) remains your property; however, you grant us the necessary licenses to process this data to provide the service.

7. Service Modification & Suspension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. However, for significant changes that impact paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

moduda is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to miscommunications, cultural misunderstandings, or data loss.
